Mr. Rajneesh Agarwal, 74 years, is a founder key person of Shubh Laxmi Food. He has over 50 years of experience in the Rice Industry and over 20 years of experience in Solvent Industry. He established a Rice Mill in late 60’s and is still working as an owner. After getting a pioneer success in Rice Industry he established RSPL in 1991. He is in-charge of the quarrying initiative of our Company and also handles overall management of the Shubh Laxmi Food.  He is known for his Strong leadership qualities: able to take charge and get things done.

Mr. Swpinal Agarwal, 47 years, is a key person who is responsible for operations. He holds a bachelor’s degree in arts from Delhi University. He has over 25 years of experience in Rice and Solvent Industry. He is known for his high level of enthusiasm and ability to analyze and solve problems in a constantly changing work environment. He isresponsible for all the procurements of Raw Material, Plant and Machinery of the company.

Mr. Vishavjeet Agarwal, 45 years, is a partner of Shubh Laxmi Food. He holds a bachelor’s degree in arts from Gujrat University. He has over 24 years of experience in Solvent Industry and Rice Industry. He has a good technical understanding of Plant and Machinery. He is in-charge of day to day administration and operations of the Shubh Laxmi Food. He is known for his personal relation building quality and to thrive in competitive, challenging environment.

Mr. Shiv Ananad Agarwal, 43 years, is a Partner of Shubh Laxmi Food. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Chandigarh University. He has over 23 years of experience in Rice and Solvent Industry. He is known for his Strong presentational skills effective working both independently and as a team member. Being resourceful and self-confident he has achieved a distinct repute for himself in the business community. He has always played a role of a leader for several Social and Commercial Organizations such as Rice Mill Association both at local and state level. He is in-charge of day to day Financial, Operational decisions of Shubh Laxmi Food. Presently, He is President of Shubh Laxmi Food.
